Tami Grant

Tami is the primary point of contact for scheduling, client support, and project coordination throughout the inspection process. With years of experience managing daily operations at Grant Inspection Services, she ensures every client receives timely communication, clear guidance, and outstanding service from start to finish.

Growing up in the construction industry—her father a General Contractor—Tami developed a deep understanding of building practices and customer care early on. That foundation, combined with her professionalism and attention to detail, helps her anticipate client needs and keep every project running smoothly.

Known for her dedication and problem-solving skills, Tami is committed to making sure every inspection experience is seamless and stress-free. Simply put, if it needs to get done, Tami makes sure it happens.

John P. Grant

John, along with his wife Tami, founded Grant Inspection Services in 2014 with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional inspections backed by exceptional service.

With a strong background in general construction and project management—including underwater seawall construction, dock building, framing, drywall, block work, and concrete pours—John brings a deep understanding of how homes and structures are built from the ground up. This experience allows him to approach every inspection with precision, attention to detail, and a builder’s insight.

As the Lead Inspector of our Environmental Services Division, John is a Florida-Licensed Mold Assessor, Florida-Licensed Remediation Contractor, and Certified Indoor Air Consultant. Whether the job involves a residential, commercial, or environmental inspection, John’s expertise ensures every project is managed efficiently and completed to the highest standard.

John M. Grant

John M. Grant—known to most as Johnny—is the son of founders John and Tami Grant. Since joining Grant Inspection Services in 2017, he has been an integral part of the company’s continued growth and reputation for excellence.

A graduate of the University of South Florida and a former standout football player at Mount Dora Bible, Johnny brings the same discipline and focus from the field into his inspection work.

Johnny has also achieved his State of Florida Mold Assessor’s License, further strengthening our company’s commitment to helping clients address environmental and indoor air quality concerns with accuracy and care.

His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail stand out on every inspection he performs, consistently earning the trust and appreciation of clients throughout Central Florida.

Mason Harbeck

Mason joined the Grant Inspection Services team in 2019, and there’s been no looking back since. His professionalism, dedication, and eye for detail have quickly made him one of the most trusted inspectors in the region.

Driven by a genuine thirst for knowledge, Mason continually expands his expertise through ongoing training and field experience—keeping him at the forefront of modern inspection and environmental assessment practices.

Mason has also achieved his State of Florida Mold Assessor’s License, further strengthening our company’s commitment to helping clients address environmental and indoor air quality concerns with accuracy and care.

A graduate of Lake-Sumter State College and a former standout athlete at Mount Dora Bible, Mason brings discipline, focus, and integrity to every inspection he performs. Clients appreciate his calm, thorough approach and clear communication throughout the inspection process.
