I use Infrared on Every Inspection!

Infrared inspection

My infrared camera allows me to see things that other inspectors can't. That's why I use Thermal Imaging on every inspection.

What is Thermal Imaging?

Thermal Imaging

I use Thermal Imaging on every inspection. Thermal Imaging allows us to see temperature variations and they serve as a quality control tool ensuring that insulation has been installed correctly, for instance. Our certified home inspectors are trained to identify  problem areas and provide guidance on what needs immediate attention. The use of thermal imaging has been a game changer for Florida home buyers. As Home Inspectors, we utilize thermal imaging to find potential problems BEFORE you close on your home. This tool can gives us the edge in knowing how good a home’s bones are. Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows us to show things about your home or buildings that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods. For something as specialized as a thermal imaging inspection, it’s critical that we properly read information presented and determine if it meets the clients’ needs for information they can use and act upon.
